Plant-powered Recipe: Banana Protein Crunch

Ingredients:

½ cup cream cheese

1/8 cup cream

¼ tsp gelatin

¼ tsp sugar

1 tsp banana flavor

1 sachet All Plant Protein

1 whole fresh banana

6 pcs Otap biscuit


Procedure:

  1. Mix room temp cream cheese and sugar using a whisk. Add in flavoring then slowly pour in cream.
  2. Mix in gelatin. Then add the rest of the ingredients (except banana and otap).
  3. Add All Plant Protein.
  4. Set aside cream cheese mixture.
  5. Slice banana into circles.
  6. Prepare otap and spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit. Around 4 tablespoons of mixture per 6 biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle banana with sugar and torch.
  8. Serve with ice cream or caramel drizzle.
