2 cups Cream
½ cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon All Plant Protein
1 ½ pouch Gelatin
50 grams pureed and strained mango
Yellow and red food color
5 leaves Pandan leaves
Green food color
50 grams Lychee in can, pureed and strained
Lychee and pineapple flavoring
Yellow food color
- Cook tapioca pearls with desired flavoring
- Activate gelatin in warm water
- Pre-heat half of the liquid mixture and add sugar. Temper with cold liquid mixture.
- Add activated gelatin.
- Divide into three equal parts.
