Plant-powered Recipe: Pineapple Fried Brown Rice

Just the right amount of sweet and spicy—this is how we like our Pineapple Fried Rice! Made healthier by using brown rice and our secret ingredient: Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder!




Ingredients:

2 pre-cooked cups brown rice, cooked in Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder and Shrimp Powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon onion

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

½ teaspoon curry powder

1 pinch turmeric powder

30g chicken breast, diced

5 pcs shrimp, deveined and shelled

2 tablespoons frozen green peas

2 tablespoons of pineapple chunks with juice


Garnish: pork floss, cilantro, spring onions, cashew nuts


Procedure:

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, pineapple with Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder
  2. Add in oyster sauce, curry powder, turmeric, and rice
  3. Mix everything until homogenous and glossy
  4. Served with herbs, floss, and nuts
