Plant-powered Recipe Series: Scrambled Eggs

Fuel your mornings with this protein-packed Scrambled Eggs!



Ingredients:

• 1 sachet Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder

• ¼ cup water

• 3 large eggs

• Salt and black pepper

• 1 tbsp. canola oil

• 1/2 cup sliced fresh button mushrooms

• 1/2 cup sliced white onion

• Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve Nutrilite All Plant Protein Powder in water and set aside.

2. In a different bowl, whisk in 3 eggs. Pour in the All Plant Protein water mixture and add salt and pepper. Mix until well-combined and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir until cooked to a soft scramble.

4. Transfer onto a plate and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
