Ingredients
Sauce:
½ cup fish sauce
½ cup water
½ cup palm sugar
2 tablespoons chili sauce
½ cup lime juice
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon APP
Cooking Proper:
100 grams rice noodles
1 tsp each:
Bean sprouts
Garlic chives
Cilantro / wansuy
Red Onion
Garlic
Peanut
Dried radish
Dried alamang
1 whole egg
Fried tofu 50 grams
Procedure
Sauce ingredients:
Mix everything and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes or until everything is okay and balanced.
Cooking Proper:
Sautee everything in high heat pan/wok. Toss and stir for 3 minutes with ¼ c pad Thai sauce
After the rice noodle stir fry, add in egg let it sit for 45 seconds and then toss.
Serve with cilantro and peanuts on top.
