The Frontline Growth Incentive looks to reward you for having legs that maintain or increase their qualified months. This is an annual award that is based on both your frontlines personal and group performance.
This incentive provides additional bonus for strong leadership and coaching your frontlines in building sustainable and profitable businesses. You can earn a ‘FQ’, Frontline Qualified month, for every in-market frontline leader who qualifies at 21% Performance Bonus level.
To qualify for the FGI Bonus you must be at least a qualified Founder’s Platinum and increase or maintain your Total FQs to earn a multiplier based on the growth of your FQ months from the previous fiscal year.
Payment of bonus is based on your earned leadership bonus multiplied by your earned FQ Multiplier for the year.
