Here Comes the Simplified Bronze! How Can You Qualify?

Attention, beloved  Amway Business Owners! In time to welcome the new fiscal year, Amway Philippines is one with you on shifting our focus to venture into a healthier and sustainable structure that grows in width, increases in depth, and creates a more balanced business.

At the core of our dedication, your opinions and thoughts matter to us. And because we heard you, we made it easier for all our business builders to qualify for the following incentives:

Bronze Foundation Incentive

The  Bronze Foundation Incentive (BFI) rewards you for growing your business by selling to customers and supporting at least three other Amway Business Owners (ABOs) you have sponsored to do the same. Below is your guide to be considered eligible:

• You have been at or below the 12% Performance Bonus schedule in the previous Performance Year.
• You have not yet earned a Bronze Foundation Incentive or,
• You are still within the 18-month Bronze Foundation Incentive period.

Once you have met the above criteria, here are the following items that should be on your checklist:

• You must achieve 9% or higher on the Performance Bonus schedule.
• You must have at least three (3) downlines, each earning a minimum of 3% Performance Bonus and,
• You must generate at least 40 Personal Point Value (PPV).

What’s new?

We made quite a few changes in favor of you to brace the upcoming performance year. As mentioned, starting this September, we no longer require Verified Customer Sales (VCS) from the ABO qualifier and two out of three sponsored legs. Instead, the qualifying ABO needs to have 40 PPV at a minimum.

Bronze Builder Incentive

The  Bronze Builder Incentive (BBI) rewards you for building your business by selling to customers and assisting at least three frontline ABOs you sponsored to do the same. Beginning this September, all below Gold Producers since Performance Year 2020 are deemed eligible.

If you passed as a BBI candidate, proceed to work on these requirements:

• You must achieve 15% or higher on the Performance Bonus schedule.
• You must have at least three (3) downlines, each earning a minimum of 6% Performance Bonus and,
• You must generate at least 40 Personal PV.

What’s new again?

Like the BFI, we have removed the VCS requirement for the ABO qualifier and two of their three sponsored legs. In exchange, the ABO qualifier will only need to provide a minimum of 40 PPV.

With further adjustments to simplify our business structure, Amway Philippines eliminated a significant pain point for business builders. Through these changes, we hope to lift the restrictions so there is no limit to the incentives and bonuses our ABOs can earn.
