Winners of Healthy Holistic Transformation 8WK Challenge Revealed

The recently concluded Healthy Holistic Transformation 8WK Challenge (HHTC) revealed its winners on November 17, writing a new narrative of breaking barriers in the pursuit of well-being.
In line with the vision of Amway to lead people toward healthier lives, HHTC encouraged Amway Business Owners (ABOs) to form teams for an eight-week transformative journey spanning from September 4 to October 31. The participants were assessed based on average weight loss, training efforts, Happy Hour attendance, product reviews, and social media engagement.
Out of 52 teams or 208 participating individuals, groups were ranked according to their garnered points. After deliberation, Cooleric from Davao, Happy Eaters Club from Cagayan de Oro, and Trim Titans from Cebu secured victories for their respective locations.
On the other hand, The BeautyFit took center stage among all challengers with a double win as Makati’s first placer and the grand champion of HHTC. Composing the team are members Josefina Ramirez, Josephine Balalitan, Marissa Daquioag, and Danny Cudiamat, led by Mark Ephraim Cristal.
“I feel super happy and proud. I believe that collective effort in sticking to the criteria made us win,” Cristal said in an interview. He also shared the strategies that contributed to their triumph, such as consistent monitoring of weight loss and muscle gain, active online presence, perfect attendance at Happy Hour, and organizing a run club they plan to continue even with HHTC now over.
Furthermore, Cristal stressed the broader impact of HHTC in realizing the true meaning of holistic health. He emphasized that beyond losing weight, it is all about establishing good habits, improving mental wellness, and ultimately embracing a better lifestyle that inspires others.
As the eight-week program ended, many from The BeautyFit earned certification as health and wellness consultants. For Cristal, it is a testament to how Amway improves lives with the help of its brands like BodyKey™ and Nutrilite™ that continuously uphold the same promise and legacy.
All HHTC winners received recognition certificates, a 14-sachet box of BodyKey™ Meal Replacement Shake, and an Artistry™ Skin Nutrition ™Renewing Mini Set. Meanwhile, the grand prize of an all-expense-paid staycation at Kingsford Hotel in Manila was claimed by The BeautyFit members.
