" A significant trigger for my journey towards better health was rooted in personal experiences. At a young age, I lost my father due to cardiac arrest, while my mother has also been battling hypertension. They were powerful reminders to me of the importance of prioritizing my well-being.
However, growing up, I had adopted a sedentary lifestyle. Besides my unhealthy eating habits, I lacked portion control and neglected exercise.
