These Are the Habits You Need to Make Each Day Count

Everyone is unique in so many ways – we process things differently, and pattern our days based on what we prioritize daily. But while everyone seems to have a different routine, there are still common denominators that we noticed! Here are some of the most common habits that we see successful people do daily:

We’re going to be the first to admit that we’re guilty of hitting that snooze button in the morning, but here’s the deal we’ve discovered: a lot of successful people get up early so they can do activities dedicated to their self-care: whether it’s mediating or working out or getting some meal prep done in the morning.

According to Inc, 90% of executives wake up before 6AM on weekdays to give themselves extra time to stretch, drink coffee, or read. This is because they know the rest of their day is going to be dedicated to the hustle and rush of work and business. It’s also their way of putting themselves first and doing something for themselves before doing something for others.

Make sure you get enough sleep, so you feel refreshed and ready to conquer a brand-new day! It's recommended for adults to get between 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night to function at their best, so get that sleep and get fired up for the next day ahead. You can also get an energy boost by taking B vitamins – they're beneficial for brain function, energy levels, and cellular health.

Nutrilite™ B Vitamins has all eight essentials B Vitamins including biotin that is used by the body to help fight fatigue. It has the added traceable ingredient: spirulina, blue-green algae rich in nutrients. The spirulina in our B vitamins is cultivated in Amway's own Nutricert™ certified partner facility in Southern California, which uses a specially designated pond system that uses gentle paddle stirring. This cultivation process assures a perfect mixture of fresh water, nutrients, and exposure to the intense Sonoran Desert farm.
