BodyKey™ Stories: Confession of a Foodie

“I’m a 101% foodie. But now that the weight loss program has ended, I continue to be a mindful one.

I joined the BodyKey™ pilot test out of willingness because I needed to shed off my excess weight badly. When I was asked to invite friends who could be interested, I immediately identified five people in my mind. Good for me, all who said yes were my neighbors, so we became instant accountability partners.

Into the program, I had out-of-town travels that almost hindered me from accomplishing my goals. Temptations followed me everywhere and the influence of friends and other people around me was also a challenge. Thankfully, I soon learned responsible consumption by focusing on eating proper meals with high protein and fiber. I have given up, too, on eating at fast-food places I used to love.

From being a carefree traveler and foodie, I developed attentiveness to my lifestyle. Of course, what helped me best was bringing BodyKey™ Meal Replacement Shake with me anywhere. I highly recommend it for its science-based formulation, and it is surprisingly delicious for a meal replacement.

As one of the BodyKey™ pilot testers, something memorable was finding the discipline to start a healthier regimen and deliberately passing it on to my family, especially my daughter. I also feel happy sharing the same journey with the rest of the ambassadors, as we kept inspiring each other during the process.

The 90-day program might have ended months ago, but my fellow participants and I maintained our healthy habits. I feel accountable to my community, so I continue to lead by being supportive, sharing my knowledge on health and fitness, and keeping a positive attitude.

Witnessing my initiative bore fruit is already a success for me. And I am optimistic that we can grow more numbers in fostering a healthy community with continuous effort. Onto our next goal!”
